Cyta's BusinessCloud BackUp is the ideal solution for storing your business's data secure and create your own schedule backup based on your needs, where you can retrieve anytime from any device. The free space given to you on Cyta's Cloud, can be used to store and backup your data. You can also create your own schedule backup, based on your needs. Once the application has been installed, you can use the application anytime and from any device computer (Windows and MacOS), smartphone, or tablets (Android and iOS).
BusinessCloud BackUp administrator can invite other business employees to become members of the service, allowing them to use the application and have access to the uploaded backup data. In case you require additional space, it can be provided at an additional monthly fee by accessing the admin portal from BusinessCloud webpage.

Getting started

Register on BusinessCloud by accessing the LOGIN/REGISTER from the main menu of the above page and enter the Cyta's Business Customer Number and your email address.

In order to confirm your registration, you have to call to the Business Customer Service Telephone Number at 150.

Once the confirmation process has been completed, you will receive an email with regards to the creation of your BusinessCloud account at the email address you have registered. The message will contain:

  • The link where you will need to enter your password to activate your BusinessCloud
  • The information on how to install and use Cyta's BusinessCloud Backup and BusinessCloud Storage applications.

Download the BusinessCloud Backup application on your computer from the link www.businesscloud.cyta.com.cy. For your smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS), you can visit Google Play Store and/or AppleStore respectively and download the Cyta BusinessCloud BackUp and BusinessCloud Storage applications.

You are ready to use the service!
Once you have installed BusinessCloud applications on your computer or on your smartphone (Android or iOS), you can start to save and backup your data as well as create schedules to automatically back up your data to Cyta's Cloud. If you are the administrator, you can also invite other members of your company to use the application. Your data is safe with Cyta's BusinessCloud BackUp. Simple and easy backup of your data and version restore when you require, anytime and from any device!

FAQ


Through the online service webpage, you can reset your BusinessCloud password by clicking the 'Reset your Password' link, under 'LOGIN/REGISTER'.

Through BusinessCloud applications, you can reset your password from the login screen, by clicking the 'Reset Password' link.

Scheduler options are available in the BusinessBackup applications for Windows, Android and iOS, in the scheduler settings. A schedule can be set either manually or daily, weekly, or monthly.

You can access BusinessCloud Storage via your browser by logging in the BusinessCloud website (www.businesscloud.cyta.com.cy/login) and then access the service via the link that appears below the name of your Company.

Only the service administrator has the right to invite members to BusinessCloud. The administrator should log in to the online service webpage and invite new members using the relevant option.

Only the service administrator has the right to add additional storage space for his company and his existing members. The administrator must log in the BusinessCloud website and add more space by clicking the relevant option.
